Capping Capacities

If you cap your own powders, please post the cap size and the amount of you fit into each cap. Will try update.



ALCAR:

00: ~700mg [Fully Tampered]

Aniracetam:

00: 400mg

CEE:

00: 335mg

Green Tea:

00: ~500mg [Fully Tampered]

Phenibut:

00: 425mg

Tribulus:

00: 650mg
 
I've capped 1Fast400's green tea powder at 410mgs per "00" capsule using the tamper.

How much of a pain in the ass was it to cap the ALCAR powder?
 
It was easy. Honestly, I can't see anything being hard to cap with a tamper. I'm suprised that 410mgs is all you got, I capped 1fast400 green tea before and I got above 500mg! I tamper like 3-4 times total, you?
 
I also get 500mgs of green tea per capsule. On my ALCAR I only tap it twice but still get 600 mgs each.

I only tampered it twice according to the directions. I imagine you could stuff a bit more in them but I was having some problems with capsules sticking to the tamper.
 
I think 1fast400 uses the cap-m-quik brand of cappers and caps. The only thing is that he doesn't carry the 000 size capper. I decided to save some money and make my own Sledge creatine blend from 1fast's bulk section. I had to go to the source to get the 000 size caps and capper. If I'm lucky I'll get 1 gram per cap. If everything comes tomorrow I'll let you all know how much makes it into a cap. Otherwise I'm on a ski trip and won't get back to it until the second week in Feb.
