Hey guys...

I researched the web and didn't got an absolute answer..

If I'm doing pre kaged as my pre workout and sip nutrabio eaa energy intra workout..

That's a total of 415mg of caffeine approximately..

Does it cause a vasoconstriction?

Thanks in advance!

At some point, I think it does. 200mg-300mg should be fine though. Do you really need over 400mg of caffeine?

Should be good but I definitely like 350< game personally. I would probably go without the amino energy if you can.

I wouldn't be overly concerned with just caffeine around a workout for vasoconstriction worries.

That said you may be better off with a non-caffeinated EAA product if already taking a pre-workout with caffeine or saving that for days when you will really need it (and during workout caffeine would probably be mostly beneficial in scenarios where you need the energy after your workout anyways).
