Greetings,
I have 3-4g of bold base left and 4-5 gs of 4ad left from a while ago. I have been pinning the last year so I have lost touch with ph and aas base amounts. How much bold and 4ad for a good trans cycle? My bottle is a 280ml hairspray bottle. Looking to do the usual 28sprays in he moning and 28 sprays in the evening. I'm just courious how many grams I should be dumping into the bottle of EACH substance. I guess I'm not sure if I have enough left. I just want to use it up in a 4 week cycle and then do my pct and be done with transd all together. Can someone please help me out?
