So I just started the mass building program last week and am thoroughly enjoying the 5x/week workouts. Before I started I was doing yoga 1-2 times a week to maintain my flexiblity and increase my strength. Is this something that I can maintain or are the extra "workouts" counter-productive vs. recovery and the diet plan? Each yoga session is about 50mins of activity...
