I am just finishing my first week ( I started on Aug.
30 instead of Aug. 20)
QUESTIONS:
Does the food program change from week to week?
Do you send a new one out every week?
Increase/Decrease/Change in food?
Does the bloated feeling go away soon?
Anything to combat it?
Do the workouts change every two weeks or stay the
same during the program?
Everything else is great, food is not too bad and
workouts are better than my old workouts.

1. Thats up to you. As far as me making changes, its based on progress and what you report.

3. Same answer as 1

4. For the most part, yes. Its different for everyone.

5. Plenty of water, maybe some papaya chews or digestive enzymes. Uusally its just time.

6. They change each week as the notes state. Week 1 and week 2 alternate back and forth.


I don't expect much change for only one week. Look for strenght changes to kick in late week 2 early week 3.
