I am just finishing my first week ( I started on Aug.
30 instead of Aug. 20)
QUESTIONS:
Does the food program change from week to week?
Do you send a new one out every week?
Increase/Decrease/Change in food?
Does the bloated feeling go away soon?
Anything to combat it?
Do the workouts change every two weeks or stay the
same during the program?
Everything else is great, food is not too bad and
workouts are better than my old workouts.
