Hi everyone, just going to be logging my cut here. I will be running a PHUL split starting next week, as I am currently taking a week off.
Current Stats:

bf: 20-22%
Bench: 297 Lbs
Squat: 385 Lbs
Deadlift: 473 Lbs
Goal: 190 Lbs and maintain as much strength as possible.
