Hi everyone, just going to be logging my cut here. I will be running a PHUL split starting next week, as I am currently taking a week off.

Current Stats:

5ft9
220 Lbs
bf: 20-22%
Bench: 297 Lbs
Squat: 385 Lbs
Deadlift: 473 Lbs

Goal: 190 Lbs and maintain as much strength as possible.

I don't have any real posing pictures, just a shot pre-squat PR.

So excited for tomorrow's session.

2400 calories a day, 200g protein and 300g carbs.

PHUL split.

35 mins walking at 5 AM.

Upper Strength Day:

Deadlifts:
135lbs 2 sets 15 reps (Warm up);
220lbs 1 set 10 reps;
310lbs 1 sets 10 reps;
395 lbs 2 sets 3 reps.

Pull ups (Wide grip):
3 sets 6 reps.

Shoulder Press:
65lbs per hand 2 sets 8 reps;
75lbs per hand 1 set 5 reps.

Seated Dumbbell Curls:
30lbs per hand 1 set 12 reps;
35lbs per hand 1 set 8 reps;
40 lbs per hand 1 set 4 reps.

Weighted dips:
BW 1 set 14 reps;
BW+20 Lbs 2 sets 10 reps;
BW 1 set 10 reps.

Crunches.

20 min cardio post workout.

2500 calories.

Felt incredibly weak yesterday doing this workout. Not looking forward to Heavy legs tonight. Biceps are in absolute agony today.

90 lbs x 1 set 8 reps,
135lbs, 1 set 8 reps,
220lbs 1 set 8 reps,
308 2 sets 5 reps,
355 2 sets 3 reps,
380 1 set 2 reps.

Calf raises:
220lbs 4 sets 13 reps

Leg extensions 180lbs 4 sets 10 reps,

Ab machine crunches 90 lbs 3 sets 10 reps.

30 mins cardio

Hated every moment today, but still felt better than yesterday.
