@dsade I’ve taking bmp in the past sometimes 6 months at a time. Using the newer version I’m on bottle 2 and I really seem to be holding water and face bloated. Anything that may cause this ? And how can I combat it. Bmp is really my only change

This water retention thing is strange. My face is the FIRST thing I noticed completely slim out from about a week and a half on BMP.

I get water retention as well, and can’t explain it. Doesn’t really make sense to me. But the sleep issues are worse for me.
