Thanks to Marms and Lecheek Nutrition for an awesome Stanley Cup promo. It was a lot of fun, especially since the Chicago Blackhawks won!!!! I was also lucky enough to win the number generator (sorry other Hawks fans) and choose Pump X3. I read a lot of good reviews about it, and who doesn't like to be in the gym looking all pumped out of the world.

Other supps I am currently running are: Athletix New Titanium, PES AlphaT2, and Alphamine when I order it.

I will try pump X3 alone, and probably mixed with some stim pre's, or maybe use alphamine with it. Time will tell.

Also my wife has surgery this Wednesday so my log may have some gaps in it, depending on her results.

Thanks! I kind of forgot too lol. The package arrived last week, and right before the 4th we found out she needs this surgery right away. Pretty scary stuff for a 29yr old girl to deal with :(

Finally back to gym after over 3 weeks off.

Woke up late, but told myself I had to get at least a little work in. In the last 3 weeks I have gained about 4lbs of fat. I have 6 weeks until I go to Vegas for my wife's 30th Bday and our 2nd anniversary. The plan is to drop as much fat as possible, although summer is always hard for me: Boating, Cookouts, Drinking etc.... All excuses

Dosed 1.5 scoops Pump x3 Initial thought was wow the Candy Apple tastes amazing! I had to add more water though because I mixed it way tart

Notes:
-The pump X3 kicked in fast. By 2nd set my tris and chest were pumped cartoonish.
-Even though I didn't get much work in, it felt great to be back
-I have Alphamine on the way, so I will probably do 1 scoop Alphamine 2 scoops Pump X3 for my pre... Can't wait to see the ripped cocktail profile

I need to do some research on what routine will shred some nasty body fat quickest. I ran a 10x10 for 10 weeks earlier this year and went from 320-298. However the last 4 weeks of the 10x10 I stayed 298.

I'm thinking I need to do more legs, farmer walks, rope slams, and maybe some sprints if it ever gets below 100 degrees here.

Yesterday: AM Fasted.. I really hate lifting fasted, cardio is ok, but lifting sucks. However, mornings have been only chance to get to gym.

Gym was dead, so I got to do some rope work for fun

5 mins battling ropes going to failure then 30-45 sec rest repeat
5 mins rope slam same layout as above

The pump came on fast, and I swear the ropes felt like 50lbs a piece.

Pump was insane. I still can barely walk. So I have three weeks till I go on vacation and whole bottle of titanium. I think I may run the Titanium at 4 a day to finish it in 3weeks.

You might want to try planks inbetween sets, I find for me that normally works good, or bodyweight squats is a good one.

When I'm up around 230 I found skipping killed my ankles, it's a rough on the joints.

Never tried planking lol. The squats may work, I also may do some rope slams.

I received 2 weeks worth of AD-3 PCT as a sample from a guy a bought from in auction thread. I know with erase pro I start to lose some fat in my face within a few days, I assume I could use the AD-3 the same way? Or would it be better to just run later on when I have full bottle worth?

You could run it the same way. Not sure how much you would get out of 2 weeks.

I have noticed the same thing with the Pump and arms in general. I get a pump on every other body part but its insane on arms.

Sat: 2 scoops pump x3 before doing some tire work. I had pump going just about full body. Some of those tires are f'ing heavy lol.

My wife's nephew wanted Golden Corral for his bday dinner. Ate a bunch of junk, felt sick all night and into Sunday. Scale showed me up 3.5lbs lol. Probably only had about 1000 calories yesterday because I felt ill.

Monday: Thought I was doing back so I took:

Got to gym and the guy I workout with said we were scheduled for some leg work lol. 2 pump x3, 1 enhanced OMFG.

We tried to do calf raises, but since ankle still hurts from when my fat butt was jump roping we had to stop.

Leg Extensions/ SS w Leg Curls

15 sets of each, just pyramiding the stack.

Tried to do some box step up type things, but coming down on my ankle hurt too bad

Did some high knee steps over a bench for a while to get a good stretch in hip, and keep heart rate up

Finished with some leg raises, first time doing ab work in years. Ouch!

Notes: Pump x3 and Enhanced plus leg curls felt insane
- Wish my stupid ankle would heal

I have had a crazy week getting ready for Vegas next week. Been working OT to reduce my PTO usage.
