p.s. If you guys haven't tried Stage-3Z yet, I HIGHLY reccomend getting a bottle with your order. It's one of, if not the best sleep supps I've ever used, and I've used a LOT of them.

You can tailor the dose precisely because it's a powder; it helps me relax and fall asleep quickly, sleep deeper, and wake refreshed without any grogginess.

Sometimes, when people look at this product, I don't think everyone pays attention to the massive doses of the ingredients. A full serving contains literally 9 grams of actives! If this product were encapsulated, it would require 18 caps per serving. Obviously, that's not very feasible, but when made like a tea, it's quick and easy.

To add to this, for anyone who may be thinking "I don't want to make a tea or a drink..."

You don't have to. The powder is surprisingly silky and mild in taste. I simply shotgun my scoops with a gulp of water and it goes down smooth. I do this with a lot of powders (greens supp, agmatine, alcar, etc) that can sometimes be tricky and/or make you cough. Not Stage 3z...always easy. You could probably dry scoop it without issue, tbh.

However, I am now intrigued to try making a tea with hot water to see if it potentiates the effects.
