Best Tasting Artificial Sweeteners?

Hi Everyone,

I am getting back into healthy eating.

Of course, sugar is the real culprit for much unwanted weight gain and blood sugar problems.

What are the best artificial sweeteners in the world?

Splenda?
Stevia?

Anything else I am missing?

As far as taste goes, I have never tasted a better artificial sweetener.

Sucralose is at the bottom for me.
Aspartame is great for versatility
Sweet and low mixed with a stevia blend is pretty nice too
If cooking, straight erythritol or swerve powder is functional. Also helps to “cool” down some spicy recipes

I like a good quality liquid stevia. some are better than others. just a few drops and your stuff is sweet
