Had a day off yesterday, public holiday over here (Australia Day). Dropped the kids off at Mum and Dad's for the day so they could go swimming with their cousins, and spent the day with my wife at home. It was a great day: we cleaned the house, made awesome pizzas, had awesome sex. I'm feeling pretty stress-free today!
Today at the gym: Bodypump then shoulders. Bodypump was not as bad as last week, until my right ankle gave up during lunges (we do overhead BB lunges over and over again, different tempos, with a couple of sets of pulse reps as well). Tendons in my right foot still havent completely returned to normal and as a result the soleus muscle just gets over-worked stabilising the ankle and just basically quit on me - the ankle rolled and I went over. I was quite embarrassed.

60deg incline db press 30kg 3 x 6 (100% pain free!!!)
Chest supported posterior delt fly 10kg 3 x 12
side lateral raise 7.5kg 3 x 14
Took 0.5mg letro last night to combat fluid retention from the trest. Also, ate 100g fruitcake before bed last night and slept sooo much better then previous two nights. Getting lots of night sweats, hunger, and food sweats (esp after consuming carbs). Honestly didn't expect such a strong reaction from 15mg/day.
