Friday 27th jan

Had a day off yesterday, public holiday over here (Australia Day). Dropped the kids off at Mum and Dad's for the day so they could go swimming with their cousins, and spent the day with my wife at home. It was a great day: we cleaned the house, made awesome pizzas, had awesome sex. I'm feeling pretty stress-free today!

Today at the gym: Bodypump then shoulders. Bodypump was not as bad as last week, until my right ankle gave up during lunges (we do overhead BB lunges over and over again, different tempos, with a couple of sets of pulse reps as well). Tendons in my right foot still havent completely returned to normal and as a result the soleus muscle just gets over-worked stabilising the ankle and just basically quit on me - the ankle rolled and I went over. I was quite embarrassed.
Shoulders:
Teres Pull-up 3 x 10
60deg incline db press 30kg 3 x 6 (100% pain free!!!)
Chest supported posterior delt fly 10kg 3 x 12
side lateral raise 7.5kg 3 x 14

Took 0.5mg letro last night to combat fluid retention from the trest. Also, ate 100g fruitcake before bed last night and slept sooo much better then previous two nights. Getting lots of night sweats, hunger, and food sweats (esp after consuming carbs). Honestly didn't expect such a strong reaction from 15mg/day.

Hope your ankle recovers quickly. My bad ankle has been rolled like 4 times, plus the tendon I tore on top years ago. They’re frustrating setbacks because they just effect day to day so much.

I would say Trest Ace at 15mg/day was probably about as strong anabolicly as ~400mg test e. I mean it’s like 4x potency per mg, with increased metabolic effects as well (sweating, night sweats). There’s a reason it comes 50mg/ml - 2ml per week is a significant dose!

Saturday 28th
Took some aspirin last night for my ankle and woke up this morning bloat free after urinating through the night. Foot is ok, just a bit stiff. Hoping to deadlift today.

Hanging leg raise 3 x 20
Posterior delt raise with 10kg kbs: 3 x 8. These really hit differently.
Deadlift: worked up to 3x5 with 180kg, belt on
Teres pull up: 3 x 10
Unilateral cable row 40kg 3 x 12
Close grip parallel lat pull down 85 3 x 8
Preacher curl ezi + 30kg for 8,7,6
Db tri kickbacks 5kg 3 x12

BW 112.5kg - yikes! Skins: 18mm abs, 6mm chest, 8mm thigh. Ate too much over the weekend, at least 4500cal/day. Craving carbs constantly, even while feeling swollen and bloated. When I eat I sweat profusely, and last night sleep was terrible. I definitely would

I have 3 weeks worth of trest remaining, going to run that down then continue with test/eq for another 4 weeks at maintenance cals before dropping the dosage and returning to deficit for 4 weeks.

today: calves then pump.

FA sleep last night. Owed a lot of money atm, and have some big bills coming up. I wonder how long I can keep up this grind.
Leg day was canned after the second warm up set for GMs. Not moving properly through the right side posterior chain. Decided to dedicate the day to upper back.
Wide grip pull up: 10,9,7,7,8
BB row, with belt: 60kg x16, 80kgx12, 100kgx12, 120kg x10, 120kg x8
Weighted chin up, slow eccentric full stretch: 10kg x5, 15kgx5, 20kg 2x6, 1x5.
Rear felt fly, non-chest supported (bend forward from bench mounted seated position) 10kg for 3 x 10. I find these seem more effective than chest supported.
60deg incline db press: 20kgx16, 25kgx14, 30kgx12, 35kg x 10. PR numbers here.

No gym today, decided to take some progress pics before I get too fat.
Second abs shot is me trying to get some abs to show, but there’s not a lot going on there lol!
Glad I did this, it’s motivating me to make the most of this little blast before I trim back the cals again and try and get some better definition.

Looking great! Man' when you decide you want to cut you are going to have a ridiculous physique. Your abs are really going to pop, like major washboard style if they are showing that much already at your current body fat!!!

Congrats on the PR incline work, and the rest of that training looked solid as well! Hoping work gets sorted sooner rather than later so you don’t have to stress about the funding. One day at a time - what matters most is simply that you decide each day to be a good man, to the best of your ability, to your family & those around you!

Thursday 2nd Feb
Bumped the p5p up to 200mg/day (12hr split) on Tuesday and I am noticing a massive difference. Weighed in this morning at 107.5kg, so I’ve lost 5kg in 3 days! libido is through the roof (boners are epic!) and I no longer feel the need to eat everything. Starting to enjoy the trest now!

Joints feel great, shoulder pain has gone however physic’s prediction that the problem would migrate down my right side is spot on. Right glute and back are a little frozen, time to go back and see him.

Benchpress, spoto: 80kgx8, 100kgx8, 100kgx6, 80kgx12
Teres pull ups (half rep with straight legs): 3 x12
Hanging side bend 3 x 8 both ways
Rear felt flyers 10kg 5 x 10
Cable fly high position, slow tempo 5 plates for 10,10,10,8 (PR)
Cable fly low position 5 plates for 10,8,8,8

Gym was packed this morning, almost gave up on deadlifting waiting for a platform.

BW pull-up 5 x 8
Hanging leg raises 3 x20
Teres pull up 3 x 10 top pause slow eccentric. Feel surprisingly strong today.
Posterior felt flyes 10kg 5 x 10
Deadlift (platform free at last!) worked up to 160kgx5 beltless, 190kg 3x5 belt.
Adductor machine ‘20’ 3 x 10 slow tempo
Stair master: after 5 min I turned it up to level 14 to get HR up and managed to hold it for 10min without HR going over 159. My cardiovascular fitness is better than it has been for many years.

skins haven’t changed but BW at 107kg this morning. 0.5mg letro every 4 days and 200mg p5p split twice/day has e and p sides back under control.

My diet hasn’t quite been on point. Eating out a couple times last week derailed my macros a little. Avg cals 3161 245g protein 372g carbs 77g fat
Pump today was awesome. I bumped up my weights a little and had to push myself so hard to finish every set. Had an epic pump at the end esp legs and butt.

That is the fun part about the diet having not been on point, the pumps get ridiculous and that is always fun.

Good mornings, superset with slow teres pull up from full stretch. 40kgx20:8 for 3 sets. This felt amazing.
Leg press: 160kgx20, 200kgx20, 240kgx16, 280kg x14, 320kg x10, 200kg x20
Split squat back leg on bench 40kg 3 x 12 ea side
Seated calf press 30kgx20, 50kg 2 x 12, 30kg x20
Leg extension 65x20, 70x20, 75x20
Lunges: 4 x 30

Sat 18 Feb
Trest is finished, last dose was Monday. Running eq at 525mg/wk and test at 612. Letro at 0.5mg/week, p5p 100mg/day and grape seed extract as always.

Skins are back down with abs at 16mm, chest 4mm and thigh 8mm. I’m as lean as I think I’ve ever been and heavy, 110.5kg.

Training has been all over the place for the last couple weeks. Work is frenetic, with some travel so I’ve been training at different times and different places. I’ve not tracked food but think I’m around 2800-3000 cal with p over 200g consistently.

I keep considering a trest run then I see something like this posted and think MAYBE that stuff is not for me. I have a rule of no being an asshole to the wife and kids just because I am doing what I do. If it takes away from their life, I don't allow myself to do it. Some things just make me a little to quick on the trigger so I have to decide based on that. Now if in a meet prep or something I can see pushing the envelope after a discussion with the wife but other than that... Not too sure.

Then again, lots of people here love the stuff so I know I could get rid of it easily if it didn't suit me well.

With your existing gyno, it will require definite control measures. But if you ever try it, do so before your surgery!

I believe he was also running tren and deca this last blast? Anything with tren gives that rage. Trest is tren gains without the extreme emotional damage lol. But you’re still gonna sweat like a hoor

Bro, it’s a terrific preWO! 10mg prior and I know I’m going to enjoy the session. Just puts me in a good headspace to enjoy training.

20mg for me is going to be a stout bp spike and crippling pumps on accessories, so if all you can get is 50mg tabs make sure you quarter them the first time trying it. I bought one bottle of 50s once (all I could get). At 12.5mg once in a blue moon, it’s basically a lifetime supply!

Yeah I’ve got a bunch at 50mgs. I would never take that dose (granted it’s not severely under dosed). Maybe next go round.

You know what, I’m already on injectable SARMs, guarantee my lipids are compromised, I need to break out a Dbol for the next few heavy peaking sessions! One tab will finish off this peak

Another week if failed logging! Highlights:
Sat: hit 230kgx8 deadlift, PR
Wed: light bench/shoukders rehab followed by 30min at level 14 on step machine, max HR 162bpm. My heart was actually sore for the rest of the day.
Mon: GMs 3x6 with 140kg. Best these have felt for a long time.

BW holding at 109.5-110kg. Skins: 18mm abs, 6mm chest, 6mm thigh

The beauty of trest ace is, it pretty much wears off in 24hrs.
