Decided to challenge myself on the floor with my moon boot off:
Bilateral leg raise, holding couch- 10x20
Side raise, each side 10x20
Ab crunch (legs up on couch), 10x20
Ab Crossover crunch (legs on couch) 5x10 ea side
900reps. Was going for 1000 but I'm farking cooked.

Was hoping to replace the LGD with a more cost effective option, based on the premise that Deca has clinical evidence for increasing bone mass of people suffering from osteo arthritis. Couldn't find anything demonstrating significant increase in bone mass for healthy people though.SARMs are the better bone builders. Deca is just for joint relief; it actually stiffens joint tissue like most AAS I believe. Deca is the superior option for nitrogen/muscle retention.
