Just wondering if anyone has tried to use this as an addition to a bulk. for 1.5oz it has 7g protein, 330calories which are from that and fat. Although, the fats they say are comparable to oil fats, so I was wondering if you could just get your good fats from this while adding some good caloires to a meal..
