Beginning of cycle pics.

You pics looked decent, but you have yet to reach your full growth potential without the cycle. So why juice so early. Don't get me wrong not trying to judge your actions, but IMO, you could have easily went another +2 years with a solid bulk & cutting cycle prior to even touching a cycle.

However, you have started it, and I wish you the best of luck. As you may or may not know, the cycle on works with a solid post-gym plan. Make sure your clean food intake is up, and be you study/ and develop a post cycle plan. Many people come off the cycle and lose everything, due to them not cycling off properly, so they immediately do another cycle (which is bad IMO, unless they are competing)

I think faceman has a good base, low body fat. All about what you want at that point in the game.
 
tomorrow is my last day of d-bol. :-( So I will be starting into the 5th week tomorrow. I am still looking forward to the bread and butter of this cycle to kick in its strength gains. Although I the strenght gains have been great so far. I am still at 210 pounds. Will get my bf% checked tomorrow.
Last week I traveled back to arkansas to visit for a week. So my diet was not like it normally is. I mean I still ate good but was not able to get as much of my protein from chicken breast and was not able to eat complex carbs all the time.
Was still able to work out.
Although my parents were like, "i think all the weight you lost left your waist on went to your face". ( water retention ) ;-) Ha ha . Oh well
 
Ok I figured I would start this with the pics starting my cycle of test cyp and dbol.
I am 6 foot. 188 pounds. Started this cycle at 8.9% bf. I am excited to see the results after my post cycle.

Are you saying yoru 8.9% BF in these photos? you got a good base but those pics look around 15% to me most people have a clearly defined 6 pack at right around 10% Not trying to knock you and wish you the best of luck just an honest critique

10-11 % is still not bad though at all !!!...Go by the mirror more than anything I have had friends that could get checked with calipers be 9% but they looked like 12%.

BF test are IMO just to make sure your on the right track...To me the mirror is a much better method to follow....Great progress man.

I like to check the bf% just as a physical measurement of progress. I am an engineer by trade and we always have to have a stated path to measure success. So I guess that I am the same way in regards to this. My mid section is the absolute last place to loose fat and first place to put it on.
On another note on this cycle I can tell the most strength gain on my back days. And my back has definitely widened out.

Yeah, Id say 12-13% no more. Thats bad lighting in those pics, and he looks as though he doesnt have thick abs that "pop" out, so he will have to get down pretty low to see the abs.

Anyone remember the wrestler Buff Bagwell? That guy held his fat equally all over and had abs that just stuck out through his fat. I bet he was 12-13% bf and you could see all his abs. Some people are just lucky.

here is a question. If you retain water would that fall under your lean mass or fat mass in a bf% test?
I finally started to take the adex. I wanted to hold off until I thought the bloating was getting significant. Well after 3 days I dropped from 210 to 207.
 
no I do not have any updated pics. I should probably take some. I will be going 12 weeks. Today is the start of week 5.
 
sorry I could not get the same exact pose and position of the camera. I did not have anyone to actually take the picture. So I had to sit on something at run and jump in front of the camera.
 
Its hard to tell from the pics but my back has really widened out. That is really where I have had the most strength gains.
And my triceps gain size pretty well but my biceps always progress pretty slowly. (slower than I would like for them to. )

Crazy girlfriend with a whip. Na just kidding. I was knee boarding and got the rope wrapped around my waist and the rest is self explanatory.
 
it was 3rd degree burns all the way around. And actually they just gave me a cream to constantly rub in it. It was to wide of a wound to stich up they said.
 
Today I is the beginning of the 6th week. I did loose 4 pounds after I ended the dbol. Strength is still good. Its not sky rocketing like it was in the first few weeks but still going up. My shoulder presses strenght has kind of tapered off.

Should you Test be running full bore about now?
 
My strength is great and I am lifting a lot. But the rate in which I am jumping up rapidly is not like what it was when I first started and the dbol was kicking my cycle off.
aka its a lot easier to go from 235 bench to 280 than 280 to 325

Also last week was the first week that I was off the dbol and I dropped a few pounds of water. But I am back to 208 now.
Strength is good. Recover is good. I feel good. One thing I have changed is I have added a good amount more of carbs in my daily diet. (complex carbs). I have noticed my biceps are finally starting to come in a lot better. So far so good.

Gains look solid for sure. Great job thus far.

exactly what i was thinking. I think you had more time to shape yourself some more and bring, things up some. Shoulders, chest, how are the legs?

Having abs means nothing if thats all you have. I credit you for at least running a reasonable cycle but patience is a great thing.

I guess that my strength gains from the test took until yesterday to really kick in. Man I all the sudden was able to bench everything with incredible ease.
Bench press went up 15
Incline press went up 15
decline went up 20
I was able to do dips with 45 pound weight instead of 35.
I cant wait until tomorrow to do my shoulders because on my dumbell overhead press I have been sitting at the same weight for a few weeks.

Personal choice? Yes.

Running a cycle when you basically look like you just started lifting a little weights? Waste. Also learning how to make big gains on gear will cause you to rely on it if you want to make progress, especially getting used to it so early.

But hell, I'm talking about 90% of this site.
 
I think its funny how people think that everyone else should follow exactly how they believe and follow their schedule
 
I know what you mean. It's a controlled drug, just like any other drug out there, there is not written statute to say when you should start using a controlled substance. You should know what the hell your doing thats for sure!
 
I think its funny that people with no discipline can't get over 200 lbs without exogenous hormones...and sad.

i think its funny we are all different in height, muscle mass and genetics.(Aong with many, many, many other personal attributes)

define discipline, your definition appears to be different then others. So lets hear it.

My only complaint is the young pups doing anything hormonal. After 25, i dont give two shits.
