It's a method designed by Blade. He is an old school member of the Original HST board, very smart dude. There are a few places you can read about it if you google Myo reps, there are a few links to Lyle McDonald's board. That's where I found a link to a translated (he's Norwegian) article.

It uses HST progression, and rest pause reps. You do one "activation" set to the prescribed number of reps, rest 10 seconds, do 2-4 reps, repeat this until you hit the prescribed number of reps. The volume stays pretty consistent throughout the 8 weeks going from 30 ish total reps to 24 during the heaviest weeks. There is more to it, but that's the gist of it. I just finished 8 weeks of it using the Asteroid stack and put on 5lbs and maintained my BF levels. Most of my gains came during the heavy weeks, but that was how HST worked for me too.
After 9 days off, I just started a new cycle sans Prime

Hopefully I can continue adding muscle.
