What is the difference between the two. I went to spotinjections.com and they didn't explain the difference between the two. I wil be injecting IGF IM and just wanted to make sure I am doing it right.
uhhh...one goes into a muscle.. the other goes under the skin?
For sub-q: Pinch your skin and then put the needle in the top of the pinch, horizontal to your body. I am SURE you can find pics on the internet, it's hard to explain but cake to do.
