I am thinking of taking one dose b4 breakfast at 6:30am then pre w/o at around 4pm then post w/o or b4 dinner any suggestions is the gap between dose 1 and 2 too long if so could i incorporate a 4th dose b4 lunch?
Looks to be alright. I think the don't recommend exceeding 3 a day, but you could always do AP at breakfast, pslin pre-workout, AP post workout, and AP before dinner.

You can go over 3 a day but it may not necessarily give more effects that would warrant using this extra dose. With that said i think you are perfectly fine with your dosing scheme and the one above with the added p-slin is a great idea.

On the bottle it recommends giving it 6 hours before doses. I would say your best bet is with your 3 highest carb meals of the day, provided that there's decent spacing between them . Morning, Pre-WO (And it will still be in your system for post-WO) and dinner would be how I would recommend you take it.
