1. I am thinking the Keto Diet could be more useful with MCT Coconut oil, and maybe Keto salts.
Any opinion on that?
2. I can see the need for cyclical ketotosis.
At first, no carbs. Only coconut oil and protein, with keto salts.
3. Then, once keto is hit, eat a fat free, protein and starch diet.
A great way to mess with metabolism, and causing different energy systems to work overtime.
Any opinion on that?
