I've used lgd 4033 probably 8 times. Oral and injectable 20-50mg a day.
On the forums, ppl seem to say 10mg and up is good. But from my and other ppl I knows experience 2-10mg is a female dose, men who have never ran anything 10-20mg and if you have cycles under yiur belt 20+
I like injectable better and next time I plan on doing 60mg a day

It's actually my favorite sarm by a long shot and I prefer it over standard mild orals like tbol and anavar
