Just started with first dose today. night weight was 176# - will weigh myself in the morning.

today's workout 6 rounds of 115# snatchs, rope climbs.
8 - 165# cleans and c&J
135# C&J for time 4 min -
jumped rope, some more pushups, rope climbs, pull/chin ups
3x3 deficit HSPU

was a super sweaty one.

diet is mostly plant based w/ anabolic diet bits - lol whatever that means - I am a registered dietitian so pretty good by my standards.

today was spinach, beet smoothie, banana - whey.
plenty coffee, green tea, ginger tea.
oats w/ whey, bee pollen, cinnamon, raisins.
cinn raisin bread w/ cheddar chz + canned sardines.
dinner was turkey hotdogs and beans + spinach beet smoothie w/ blueberries, whey.

post workout, purge sports bcaax w/ creatine.

Forgot to weigh myself this morning. Took the 2 caps of alphamax and fasting till lunch time probably. Ohh btw i received the version without abeita, has pine bark extract instead

Pretty beat up from yesterday’s and not taking a day off for weeks. So no training today. Did my 10k steps no carbs at dinner. Just took this pic after trimming the carpet.

some upper workout- hspu w/ rope climbs, incline press - was pretty lazy n lackluster..

later on swim for about 17min / 1000meters.
Ate ton of eggs, steak /beef today!!!

Did some swimming today. Dont feel much different but definitely feeling leaner. Morning woods are still lackluster. We shall see

Nice! Swimming is my go to cardio. I'd rather swim than go take a long run.

Day 8 Taken last night after some high pace fullbody workout. Slight increase in morning woods. Definite improvement of mood.

178# right now - obv im usually about 5-8# heavier at night.

yesterday: more full body complex - barbell hack squat setup
upright rows, barbell twists, front squat, 3-4 sets of arms

today: circuit: HSPU to push ups
sissy squats to pistols
weighted pull ups / chins ups 10 reps with 25#
couple sets of arm pump.
done within 20 mins.
