All the whey, my order is wrong

First off, I feel bad posting this in a public forum when i feel like it should be delt with privatly. But, in the past week i have called twice, emailed 2 or 3 times and have not got any response so this was the next thing i think i should do.

I placed an order about 2 weeks ago for 5lbs of orange blend and 2lbs of strawberry blend. Receive it about a week ago, open up the smaller than expected box and see a 2 lber of orange and 2 lbs of strawberry. I have attempted to contact all the whey several times since that day, but no response thus far. I would just like to get this resolved ASAP so i can get my protein. Thanks.
 
I am sure this will be taken care of soon. Everyone I have recommended to ATW has been pleased with products and service.
 
its been more than a week since my order has been processed, and i still haven't gotten my shipment, and i live a couple of towns over from where they are based!

whats going on?

fedex ground is rediculously slow...
 
They had some issues with switching locations. I spoke with Bill today and he said they have it all cleared up now. I just got my order today, 11 days after ordering it.

And yes FedEx ground WAS slow and changed my ETA mid-ship, but my package also didn't ship until 6 days after my order was placed. Hopefully it's all cleared up for next time, as pissed as the situation made me, they have a fantastic product at an unbeatable price. Tough to stay away.
 
They have a GREAT product. Just working out the kinks in the system. Frustrating yes but I am a cheap bastard and they have the best prices so I put up with the PIA crap :)
 
Before this i have had no problems. I just want to get my protein. I had to break into the 2lber i got which i wasn't planning on doing, but I ran out of dymatize. I wasn't gonna go to GNC or order more protein online because of this deal, so oh well.

Orange is excellent by the way, good in water, even better post workout with dextrose.

nevermind. i got my order today, but i was running low on protein and getting antsy. :blink:
 
I ordered on Sunday the sampler packet and havent received an email or anything. Was just wondering if my order went thru or if I have to place it again. Order number is 023022. Thanks.
 
Give it time... It took a couple of extra days for me when I ordered the 50lb bag of unflavored whey. But it's here and I'm happy. I just feel bad for the Fedex man's back. He looked like he was hurting carrying it up to the door. (They also threw in a couple extra pounds of whey according to the Fedex sheet and my scale... an extra 6 puonds to be exact.) :D
 
oooh i just had the banana isolate in water. really good. mild and pleasent, mixes well. can't wait to try the rest.

the samples are a novel idea.
 
Got an email from ATW today. It said they have tried to call me once, and they left a message (didn't ask if was machine or with my parents), but either way I never got it. They are crediting my account with 4lbs of blend, so about $20. Good deal to me, now i just can't decide whether to get 2lbs of orange and 2lbs of banana or 5lbs of one of those.

Yes, it is horrendous. It requires about four scoops of chocolate to offset the taste. I'm gonna try to hock it on another forum and maybe try the chocolate MPI.

yes,the isolates are all very well done.I liked every taste of them,even those I don´t like, especially vanilla tasted yummy.
I put it in a mixer and liked the foam.
As I am a peptide-freak I will try the peptide at my next order,it´s highly processed as I´ve seen on the low molecule weights and like to compare it with my product I´ve got at home,although mine is with beta-ecdysone.
 
It looks like the site is back up and running. Still havent received an email from my order placed 8 days ago. Anyone else having order probs? I emailed 3 days ago but no response.
