I see all different types of Herbal Test booster out there but what are all the pathways this is covered and what Herbals do different jobs. You have Free Test, Total Test, LH, SHBG, Estrogen. What supplements are specific for these catoregories. So far this is what I have

Free Test - Testofen, Activate (Nettle 95%)
Total Test - ???
LH - ZMA
SHBG (Lower) - Activate, LongJack
Estrogen (Lower) - DIM, I3C

Herbs like Fadogia, Horny Goat Weed (Icariin), Forslean, where do they fit in the puzzle?

Fadogia I believe would be total test, forslean none of the above. Icariin I think LH, but i'm not sure.

I keep reading that ZMA has no impact on test whatsoever.

I am not sure what 25R Spirostans do, but I believe Anabolic Extreme was doing a University study on this, I wonder how far along they are on it?
