alert! noob question

i searched for this but having trouble...

i have green tea extract and was wondering if it would be helpful to take it while i'm bulking or should i just use it during cutting ?

i use bcaa's but got ahold of an arginine supp. is there any point?

thanx for any help just a lil confused..

Green tea should be used all the time,it is a great antioxident as well as a potent fat burner...

i'm glad we could put our baseball differences aside lol..

thanx alot i wasnt sure if it would impede anything during bulking...i guess the arginine is fine ?

I agree, Green Tea is an awesome antioxidant that is very useful to your body than just burning fat. I personally like to use Green Tea every other month.

Green Tea + ALA every other month is how I roll it. Great for your system.
