A quick thanks to NutraPlanet and it's staff.

Yesterday I received a call from NutraPlanet representative Darren, I believe his name was. He told me that a product I wanted was not in stock with both NutraPlanet and the supplier, so he basically matched the price of another product I wanted to try in the same category which was more expensive, and helped me out with a few more goodies. He was extremely understanding, this was all done in less than 24 hours, now mind you there are timezone differences, and my order was shipped out a few hours after we talked. Me being a college kid and not having to spend a few more bucks to get a different product that was in stock and getting tossed some goodies really will bring me back to this place. I asked for samples in my "comments" box in the order form, Darren almost seemed upset that there wasn't any to give me instead like I said above he helped me out with some other goodies.

I was one of the customers during the Trione recall, although that was handled well I was left with a sour taste in my mouth but I still came back here because there always has been positive information coming from the dedicated customers and staff that is ready to help, and it was defiantly proven in my past order!

Continue to do what you do, I appreciate the hard work you guys put into customer service.
