Today started a bit slow, so right before my pre workout cardio I took an extra scoop of Vasocharge straght to the dome and let it dissolve in my mouth. Just what I needed to get ready to rock. My form was a bit rough for the first two sets, but then it smoothed out and I hammered away at the remaining sets. The final set was a bit difficult, so instead of doing the extra five sets I had in mind, I stripped 100lbs off the bar and blasted out some high reps. I wanted to get 25, but I only got to 21. So once I got my digestive system back under control I pulled 9 more to make it a rollin' 30.
Gotta do whatever it naturally takes to get a wide, thick back.

Hit it hard today. Very short rests and all out intensity. Since my calves are so puny I decided to demolish them today so that they can rise from the rubble larger and stronger.

4 more pounds and the belt stays the same. I am getting a bit of the muffin top, but it's not that bad. I've got to get used to the fact that abs and gaining lean mass for most don't mix. The good thing is that my face is still lean where as last time once I got to 200 my face was looking pretty bloated.
