Today's Workout - Mowing and Maintaining (2) Properties Today. I had to squeeze them both into one day due to all the rain yesterday. So about 4-5 hours of push mowing and yard maintenance today.

Notes; Nutrition was next thing to perfect today. The newly modified swiss bar worked great, best pump I have had in my chest in a long time. I even got a few Pec Cramps today !!

Notes; I always know what body part I am going to work when I get in the gym but a rarely know what exercises I am going to do. Today I saw my Swiss Bar still loaded from benching yesterday and thought I am going to give it a try on bent over rows. I'm glad I did, great back work out today !!

Got some E2-X from Get Diesel Nutrition, I will give it a try and see how my Estradiol look in a few weeks.

Swiss Bar still loaded from benching yesterday and thought I am going to give it a try on bent over rows.
I bet that is the perfect grip width for bent over rows. Swiss bar first thing that comes to mind is lying skull crushers and bench. But i bet bent over rows and standing hammer grip biceps would be good with the Swiss bar as well.

Never ran bloods on it but E2x definitely helped estrogen issues when using it years ago, hands down. Didn’t realize Chuck still made it!

@Chuck Diesel is running in stealth mode right now, he is fighting a few law suits (Branding Issues) right now plus working a full time job, he hasn't had the time to devote to the Get Diesel Brand that he would like. Once the law suit and supply chain issues are corrected, I believe we will be hearing a lot more from him.

Notes; Today should have been leg day, but the weather report was calling for rain for the next 3 days, so last night I thought I better mow the lawn. I had the bright idea that instead of mowing the front lawn (which is on a hill) cross ways I would mow it up and down, pushing that mower up the hill made for a great cardio season, and I was beat. This morning when I got out of bed I knew there was no way I was doing legs. So with the rain coming I decided to work on the outdoor kitchen a little. I sealed the Blue Stone (thinking of you @BOSSMAN ) counter tops with a little time to spare, I hit the gym for a little bicep work. I got a lot more outside work to do this weekend so I hope to get some done between the showers. Have a great weekend everyone!!

My wife worked 38 years for the phone company, so I got it one year as a gag gift for Christmas, she loved it and it has been
on the patio ever since. The grand kids think it pretty cool and wonder why none of their friends have one.

I have heard plenty of guys suggest they get a mild positive mental boost with carnitine. Idk if I do, but it’s a subtle drug in general. It definitely helps a little with endurance and pump.

Notes; Very happy with the workout, I mad sure to lather up the Horse Liniment on my knees and ham strings before and after the workout, I believe this really help me mentally because I am not as afraid of getting cramps and it also helps with the mind, muscle connection. This was the second workout with the L-Carnitine (200mg pre-work) I will take 2 days off from it and use it, every other work out next week (Monday, Wed, & Fri.) @Hyde thoughts ? I must also note I was a little worried about what I had read about the PIP with Carnitine, but so far I have had ZERO PIP. My knee's have been feeling really good since I started using Apex Alchemy's Helios 100 Thank you @nostrum420 for a great product. On that not I may give some free weight squats a try next week, I don't think I have done these in at least a year due to my knee's, I think I'm ready !! Everyone have a great week end, I see lots of yard work in my future !!

Today - Saturday is the only day I don't train fasted, so last night I was making my Breakfast/Pre-Workout meal, Over Night Oats.
1/2 Cup Oats, 50grams Protein, a Tablespoon of Peanut Butter and a Tablespoon of Sugar Free Jam. This is where the Jar of Peanut Butter and the Spoon came it to play. Oh and by the way I just finished eating the oats and I'm headed to the gym. (they did taste so good)

You really want the carnitine at least 4 days a week if you are trying to eventually sustain maximal levels (the way creatine needs to be used most days to stay saturated). Like creatine, there is no need to load - routine use will eventually saturate levels without all the extra wasted product a frontload uses up.

It will still provide the acute benefits any time you take it pre-training/cardio, but if you can get more pinning in sustainably then by all means do so.

Just use the stampede pre-fasted cardio
I considered it but it gives me a decent bit of pain and inflammation. Nothing bad by any means but I’m trying minimize systemic stressors. It’ll probably end up in your hands at some point haha

I did not keep track of my nutrition today, I worked out side at a few different locations ( I ate protein bars most of the day) than finished the day up at my oldest daughters house for, Steak, Salmon, and Veggies all cooked on the grill.

Notes; I know I do not mixed my workouts up near enough so today I did the muscle groups in a reverse order, and changed all but one of the movements.
