5 days into oxandrolone and Proviron cycle only, want to stop , pct?

Got some oxa (titan pharma) 10mg pills and provimed (balkan) 50mg
Been taking oxa 60mg ED and Proviron 50 ED
After 4 days I started feeling depressed,lethargic,acne burst, and my BP was through the roof (headaches etc)
I know I should have added t as base
My oxandrolone might be fake as well
Should I run pct ?I have nolva/chlomid and also Got some Testo 4hd booster on hand

Go to your MD if you think the stuff is fake.

I cannot test the pills and my MD doesn't know about this
Bloods are perfect ,took them right before I started the cycle
Might be dbol/winstrol instead of anavar
Huge muscle gains(mostly water I think) ,hardness and vascularity in just 5 days
Also feeling hungry all the time and need for sweets
took liv52 and omega3 since day one
Diet is good ( quality protein and carbs)
What should I do if I stop it now?
