420 deadlift!!!!

A month ago always gaining said he was squatting like 575 soon which means he should be squatting over 500 now. He said he would post a video which i have yet so see. For all I care I wouldn't mind seeing a video of him squatting 450 ( full squat). and breedthis 435x3 is great man keep up the hard work.

430x4 below parallel!!!! loving this sh!t...just pumped boys!!
to finish i do 3 sets of ham and glute wreckers...lol and 4 sets to failure on incline leg press! reverse hypers and solid core!!!!!
BTW bring on the 570 for reps video still waiting..lol

355 is my personal best this far
then i hit inc dumbbells95x6,95x6,85x6 and 80 to fatigue from them i usually hit some skull cruher or body weight dip to fry the tris
I also the core hard 3x a week, and i mean hard!!

That's interesting. I cannot bench as much as you can. My record is 245 X 8. However, I can incline dumbbell 105 X 8.

i do 110s for 6-8 usaully but went for the big push on the flat to see if i had it!! so i stayed a little light to get the 6 rep mark..seems to work for me!thanks

i put it off for 2 weeks to get my diet plan and training Schedule down pat.
everything is set and go for that 500lb motha on my back!!!!

dude i weigh 190 and will squat 520 soon so yah that puts a little perspective on it, i am 6,2 btw u should look to dubble yer squat in 5 years or more or less deppending on how much u want it


then i said i would make that in 4 weeks
500x3 on a max chart is 553 but 553 is unrealistic so i would like to have a max total of 520. i will do 500 on the bar 3 times.

4 weeks is mi goal for 520 and i will get it! vids to. i will be close to 200 i weigh 194 now
i only train for function and strength.
 
lol look up brian hoddle man he teaches history at tenino high school( i graduated from here) and he traind Tony Volpentest the fastest paraolympian ever and he told me tony squated for reps 500lb and in the off season he maxes at 575 and he has 1 leg from the knee down

Low depth squat, sure. Appropriate-depth squats?

The most I've ever seen anyone squat with proper form in person was right around 650. And this was a 6', 325 pound division one defensive lineman that went on to play for several years in the NFL. And he did most of his work with 4 plates and change.

So an amputee squatting 575 and repping 500 is unlikely I'm guessing.
