If I’m carb cycling, training 4 days a week and making my 3 rest days low carb days, should my calorie intake on those rest days be [TDEE - 500] or [maintenance - 500] ?
Training day calories are going to be maintenance and I’ll be having a refeed once every two weeks at first.
