3-ad cycle lenght and dosing?

I am going to be running 3-AD pretty soon and have some questions about dosing and cycle length. I am 5'11'' and weight 180lbs. What length and dosing do yall think I should run for the 3-AD? I am looking to gain about 7-12 lbs with minimum body fat gain. My diet will be in check with little to no cheating. I have run H-drol/Bold 200 and also M-Drol/Bold 200 in the past so I do have some experience. I did have to suddenly stop the second cycle because I tore a tendon in my left hand which required surgery and no lifting. So, I lost all of my gains off of the second cycle. I followed some of the sponsored logs and a few of them said they thought they would keep seeing gains toward the end of the cycle or better gains at running more caps. I like the 3-AD b/c of the low sides and that it is non-methyl, but at the same time, I realize I may not get the same results that I got on H-drol/bold200 or the m-drol/bold 200. Should I run 6 a day for a month, or should start at 4 or 5 a day and taper up to 6? Any and all suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thanks everyone. BTW, I will be logging my cycle on here when I start it in a few weeks.
 
I think if you ran a cycle of 3-AD @ 4 caps per day for 30 days along with Mass FX @ 4 caps per day you would most likely see the type of gains you are looking for. There are some people who have seen 4-5lb gains and others have gained 18+lbs. The 18+lbs for one individual is from the 30 days of 3-AD and a couple weeks in to PCT. Which is another added bonus to the cycle. If you were to use aPCT (3 caps per day) and Hyperdrol X2 (2 caps before bed) for PCT you will most likely continue to see gains during your PCT.

At that dosing (4/day), one bottle would last your 22.5 days. If you wanted to, go for 2 bottles and run it longer (45 days). Alternately, you could shorten it up just a hair to around 30 days (for convenience) and bump it up to 5 caps/day in the middle for 2 weeks. Going to 6 caps for your weight might not be the best recommendation, but 5 caps due to your past experience might be possible.

Also, remember to take these with 20g of good fats each time. Simply grab some good PB and a spoon, or mix in olive oil into your shake, or even eat an avacado (goes good with tuna salad). We usually recommend dosing protocols around lifting times and sleep times for MFX and HX2, but for 3-AD, taking it with the right meal is more important. If you eat 5-6 meals per day, go with meal 2 for the fats and possibly your "dinner" meal. Fats aren't best consumed at breakfast because they tend to slow digestion; at breakfast, you want something to feed your body quick!

Thanks for the quick responses. I am probable run 4 for weeks one and two then 5 caps for week three and four. I have a bottle and a half of Mass FXMS. I was going to run the Mass FXMS along with aPCT, but should I run it during the cycle and pick up Hyperdrol X2 to run with aPCT?....sorry for all of the questions, just trying to get the most out of it for the money.
btw, I love the original mass fx and the new Mass FXMS, great success running them with x-factor. I've never run Hyperdrol X2 though.
 
I would suggest running Mass FX along side of 3-AD and using Hyperdrol X2 w/ aPCT. Reason being if you were to save Mass FX for your PCT you would have to wait about 2 weeks into your PCT before you could use it. aPCT would need time to kick in and get your body back to producing testosterone naturally before Mass FX would have any free test to free up.
 
sounds great, I'm going to go with what yall recommended. Hows this dosing look? Based on 7 meals/day

Cycle:
Mass FX MS will be taken upon waking and then pre-wo.
3-AD will be taken with 15-20g fat meal 2 and and 6

Week 1- MFX(4caps/day), 3-AD (4caps/day)
Week 2- MFX(4caps/day), 3-AD (4caps/day)
Week 3- MFX(4caps/day), 3-AD (5caps/day)
Week 4- MFX(4caps/day), 3-AD (5caps/day)
In week 3 & 4, how should I divide the 5caps 3-AD?

PCT:
Hyperdrol X2: 1 upon waking, 1 four hours later, 2 pre bedtime
aPCT: 3 caps before bed?

Week 5-8: Hyperdrol X2(4caps/day), aPCT(3caps/day)

How does this look? Any changes needed?
 
Your cycle dosing looks great the only suggestion I have would be switch up your PCT dosing a little

aPCT- 3 caps spread out evenly
Hyperdrol X2- 2 caps before bed

for weeks 3 & 4 of 3-AD you could dose it by taking your first dose w/ your second meal, 2nd dose about 6hrs later w/ 15-20g of fat and 1 caps 4-6hrs after that w/ 15-20g of fat.

thanks gltrdone83, i did have 2 caps hyperdrol x2 before bed, but I will be spreading the aPCT out evenly after your suggestion. Thanks to everyone who has been helpful. Ill probably be starting the log around the 18th of may, look for it.

I like the 5 caps 30 days cycle better then the 4 cap 45 day cycle. When I was alpha testing I didnt notcie a difference between when I took it and work load capacity in the gym. In theory the meal prior to the workout would be best because of the way picamilon and androgenc work but for me I didnt see a difference.

When you guys start the cycles play around with the dosing times and let me know if you feel any differences.
 
sounds good, will do. I'm going to be placing the order in the next few days. I might just have to start a little earlier than planned. I find it so hard to let supps just sit when I already have them.
 
I'm the same way. I got my 3-AD in on monday and wasn't going to run the cycle for another couple of weeks but I decided to start it yesterday haha
