I’ll keep up with this log as much as possible. I am busy but will do my best to find time. A few people asked me to log it so I’ll do my best and too be very clear I am not asking for anybody’s advice on my training routine or my diet nor do I need your advice on it . I train how I train and eat how I eat for personal reasons and cause I like too. If you reply to that in regards I’ll just ignore you or block ya , no time for nonsense . This is just a supplement log that’s all so that’s the only topic I’ll discuss if questions asked.

2 month stack will be - I am on it for 5 days as of today and on my 2nd bottle of Mass shift

Here is my training split

Sat Chest
Sunday Shoulders traps
Monday back traps
Tuesday Triceps and leg extensions
Wednesday Biceps and squat rack belt squats
Thursday and Friday OFF days

Meals M-F all meal prepped.. all I drink is water and gatorade zero the occasional regular gatorade maybe 1-2 in the week…

Meal 1 * 2 whole eggs , 6 egg whites , w asparagus and turkey bacon on a wrap

Meal 2 * banana and protein shake

Meal 3 * grilled chicken w/ cucumber tomato red onion and olive cold salad with Italian dressing

Meal 4 * grilled chicken , white rice and grilled zucchini and a protein shake

Sometimes during the week if I’m hungry I’ll add in a protein bar here and there.

Saturdays I eat like sht all day. I eat whatever I want whenever I want. I eat Burger King or Italian or Chinese maybe I eat all 3 maybe not maybe I eat Sonny's maybe Wendy’s , I eat probably 3-4 donuts every Saturday cause I love donuts and usually 1 or 2 20 oz sodas. I also drink protein shakes with every crappy meal I eat cause it makes me justify eating like sht since I have a shake with it

Sunday I start my meal prep so Sunday I stay clean usually have a steak or two and some salmon or grilled chicken, maybe sushi. Carbs rice or potatos with every meal. I usually only eat 3 meals on sunday each meal with a protein shake.

Daily supps:
Magnesium Drs Best , Zinc NutraBio , nerve restore evomuse, prostate support by Force Factor , fish oil NutraBio, Flax oil by NOW foods, Calcium D Glucarate by NOW Foods , Upsorb NutraBio, Glucovantage DiHydroberberine by Transaparent labs

I've tried doing this style before and it usually wrecks my digestion. I now just do one or two cheat meals a week rather than an entire cheat day.

So I do deal with some GI issues. And as long as I keep my diet clean 80-90% of the time it allowed me to have one splurge day to an extent. Over the next 2 days I will be in the toilet a bit more but nothing terrible no loose movements etc. too be honest I usually do will have a my cheat meal and a few cheat snacks then about 5 hrs maybe 6 hrs later I’ll hav emy second cheat meal with a cheat snack. I DO NOT eat after 6/630 or it messes with my digestion. So in generally I should have stated, I stop eating at 6pm 630 latest and don’t eat again til 830-930 am and that has seemed to help with my digestion also
 
Today I was up early didn’t feel like cooking headed to a breast cancer awareness walk 2 hr drive there and 2 hrs back. Got home 330 slept half the trip trained at 4pm . So this is how it went …. I wanted to eat more crap today but didn’t work out that way. I wasn’t going to train but I did. Squeeze in some chest wasn’t feeling the strongest. Just got a good pump and did some higher reps controlled movements , focused on form and range of motion and slightly slower on the negatives.

8am Protein bar

1pm burger with bacon and blue cheese and onions and french fries

20 degree Incline DB presses

-3 warm upsets of 45 lbs for 12
-6 working sets
55 2x15
65 2x15
75 2x12

30 degree incline DB presses
60lb DBs
3x12

-Flat BB Bench press
135lbs
3x15

-530 pm post workout meal sirloin steak , protein shake and egg noodles w daily vitamins

So I’m only 5 days in the cycle. I dnt feel anything to crazy yet. I feel the genesis1 may be working I have felt calmer and joints feeling good and been in a better mood I’m assuming by end of week 2/3 I’ll start to see body recomp

Considering today I wasn’t too strong i really didn’t feel super weak maybe just a bit tired, I did take BMP and Alpha 1 pre workout along with some beta alanine , I wasn’t feeling necessarily strong but I felt a good pump def a good pump.

I am on bottle two of MassShift and I am liking it. Def feel myself tightening up I think I’ll be grabbing an additional bottle to finish this cycle with

That makes sense and I can see how that would be less destructive on digestion and gut by doing it that way.
