Ok Hyde definitely won’t be doing that. I just received my anavar from atomic pharma (Taylor made rebrand) and will be running that for 9/10weeks at 50-75mg. Might try the SD at another point.
imo 50-75 for 9 - 10 is really pushing it. Or shall I say, to much. I dont get it, why are you constantly upping the dose, on this "anavar thing" you got here, after we are all saying that that's to much. 10 weeks of a high dose oral is a lot. I wouldn't go above 35mg for a 10 week run of var. Maybe, maybe 50 for the last two, if bloods were alowing it.

Hey thanks for the kind words man. My only goal is look good when I’m 50, a cpl years away. Weight, PR’s and competitions don’t interest me. Ha, I’m actually more into snowboarding and mountain biking then lifting. These are just a few quick pics from today to show you what I’m working with.
Lol, no nudes yet 🤪 maybe later. I just started eating eggs and diary again about a year ago.
I’d be totally ok looking like that in 6 years.

Yeah that’s me in the AVI, nothing special! Though I haven’t eaten meat in 8 years and started this journey as a 135lb depressed, alcoholic, coke head!! I’m currently 47 years old 5’9” 188 lbs probably 14-15% BF. I would love to get below 10%
From that pic you look high single digits.

With any new compound, I’d start somewhat low and ramp up as you observe benefits/sides. No point in jumping to 100 if 50 is strong enough. But you’d never know if you skip 50.

Sitting just below 220. Which is really light for my height but bodyfat is low. We will probably keep slowing adding carbs and get me back to 235ish but at a low bodyfat this time. Diet with him is meticulous to say the least but I’m now seeing how effective that really can be. I’m not comfortable this thin but I actually look bigger. The next 3 months should be really damn fun.

I know what you mean. Ive come to accept being more lean vs bulky, sure i do feel smaller but i also look more well trained. Its a matter of taste of course but surely its more in your head dont you think?

I know running winny at the end of the cycle was a big thing done to lower SHGB for years. Not sure if that is just old school thinking now or not

Oh yeah, I don't think anyone here is expecting tons out of 10mg, it is fantastic for recomp but definitely not an efficient bulking dose for most.

The winny part is true as for being a steroid its the best at lowering shgb.

Yup it would be decent for a beginner during a bulk for sure, for a guy like yourself not so much 😁. Unfortunately everything gets less effective with more usage / more added muscle.

It’s 100% just in my head just thinking “I’m walking around at 250, and I was 165 when I started all this” so being the same damn weight I was when I finished boot camp messes with me, but I’m starting to look like someone that knows what he’s doing a little bit.
Here it is, now keep in mind it’s been 2 months of reverse dieting with no gear at all, so we’ve added zero muscle. That’s going to be the really fun part until January. He’s got me doing 2 legs(1ham focused, 1 quad), 2 chest and 2 delts sessions every 7 days. Arms after the second chest session. Back with delt(my back grows faster than everything else)

Yeah brother my AVI picture is from about a year ago. I’m going/guessing BF from the Pics I took and posted yesterday..I haven’t been on anything but 180 mg test for the last 7 months. I honestly never had or tested my body fat %. All my bF is around my stomach and back. I have a 28 inch waist, but it’s deceiving because I’m short.

Good ish, sounds like you are where I am at. I leaned up, off all androgens, and then are you going to cycle and bulk up... Now that you are lean?

Basically, after being too bloated at 220+ I leaned out to 185-190.. now plan to push up, way more careful.. once I'm done leaning.

Even 220ish sucks to bulk at but it’s gonna be a hell of alot easier than bulking at the sloppy 245 I was at. Better to response to drugs, food, everything.

Very true and I’m looking into tbol/dmz

Var is well known/ tried and true, but I just recently followed an online friend who ran tbol for the first time and his results were freaking amazing . Better than his previous blast!

He just ran 250mg of sust/40mg of tbol per day

I think I misread..are you 250lbs and 9-10% BF?

Or did you mean back to "bootcamp" weight being like 190-200 and 10% BF?

Good work either way, jelly if you hit 250/10. That's amazing.

Thanks bro. The really hard part is getting that freaky size and keeping conditioning. I have no delusions about how much more size would look more appealing on my 6’3 frame. I’m going after it though through the Holliday’s. I’m def starting a log because my training program he wrote up is impressive, I want you guys to see it.

Looking great man! Awesome shoulder carriage and caps! I have relatively short clavicles so I have a hard time getting my shoulders to hang out over my arms like that. I think it looks very impressive. Love the ink!

Looking ripped, are you going to be full on bulking or adding back in calories carefully to stay lean while you grow. After this cut you should be able to add some very nice muscle without going overboard on calories if you choose to stay lean. You may have answered that already but so many people in here talking about what is next that it is hard to keep track.

Quick update on my cellphone guys, 9 or 10 days in I don’t have my papers with me right now. Went up to 15mg daily since day 5. I’m up 6 lbs and definitely lost some waist. Of course i switched up my diet and dropped every kind of sugars / unhealthy food so that obviously made me lose some water fairly fast but on top of that my mid section is DEFINITELY tighter. Strength is up a little, no appetite loss, no lethargy. Whole body starting to look a lot more shredded and freaky already, wasn’t expecting it that fast. Very pleased with the cycle so far, the transformation is amazing and it’s only been 10 days. Will post some pics in a couple days

Looking ripped, are you going to be full on bulking or adding back in calories carefully to stay lean while you grow. After this cut you should be able to add some very nice muscle without going overboard on calories if you choose to stay lean. You may have answered that already but so many people in here talking about what is next that it is hard to keep track.
Thanks so much brother. I don’t have the best genetics but I put everything into the diet and training and leave nothing left.
My trainer (Tommy Jeffree - the body shop Gilbert AZ) in a way keeps me in the dark so I don’t get distracted with the goals, but he’s slowly adding carbs and after a 20lb loss, my weight is starting to go the other direction (+1.4) which shows me we are going for very lean mass. This will last until I’d imagine January and then we start 10-12 weeks of dieting for MP or CP. if I can put enough size on my legs the next 3.5 months then Classic is an option. I’m really light right now but I’m certain the muscle will come back quick in a surplus. We will see. Starting a log this week. Just very critical of myself even though I see improvements.
I’ll stop hijacking Math’s thread and get that log up.


SD is my favorite ****-horrible beautiful drug. Hope you are loving it and hating it @Mathb33

Going for a kind of recomp and with my genetics I can make it work on a small surplus. I’m curious how well I’d gain if I was eating on a +700-800 daily... or even 1k. I don’t see myself gaining any fat on it, **** is just starving for carbs like you have a monsters inside you waiting to eat it all lol.

Thanks man! It’s been a rather long stretch without any gear so my muscle separation is not very impressive at the moment. That’s all going to change in few weeks though! The last time I ran EQ everything was popping and vascularity and endurance was amazing! 😋

In all honestly you can handle a lot of carbs on it, but if you have a pretty flexible metabolism you can get away with only carbs around training. If you tend to have carbs everyday throughout the day now then your body is likely not as flexible about burning fat for energy and isn't too good on creating ketones for when blood sugar is lower.

The highest I ran SD was the original Super-DMZ it had 10mg od DMZ and 10mg SD I ran 2 caps a day so effectively it comes out to 30mg SD after the DMZ gets broken down. While running that I was in Keto all week and then had a major refeed over the weekends. I felt like death by week 3 and quit 3.5 weeks in but the results were killer. Anyway point being that I was fine the entire week during keto on it. No blood sugar issues at all other than you know my liver crying...

So really as far as that goes it really depends on how flexible your diet is regarding switching fuel sources depending on availability, or activity.

That being said if you normally have carbs all day then I would just keep doing that because trying to adjust them down can easily lead to lethargy, or going hypo and I wouldn't want to try to make that adjustment while on it. If you eat at maintenance, or a slight surplus you are very likely to recomp nicely.

Must agree when it comes to var & proviron. 12.5-25mg proviron is much better than 50 for a cpl wks.
Dmz and phera also work in this scenario as well. Low dose phera is awesome!

Tudca is be no means mandatory. I find Tudca more useful After running harsh orals.

In the sense of sparing the organ, it’s not going to do anything. For recovery(post cycle), OR for helping with that run-down nauseas feeling, it could be useful.
I totally agree, I haven’t used any form of liver support since 2013, and saw no difference at all, with labs/liver enzymes, the liver just did what it’s supposed to do. Lately I’m going to try it so I can just make it through a oral run by helping bile ducts. We’ll see if it helps.

On 30mg Phera (& 300 test) right now and not super impressed. Mainly a lot of subq waterweight; lacking the strength-increase of something more androgenic. I have gained about 13lbs in 12 days so I suspect that’s more of the strength than anything, and just eating in a surplus.
