Day 6 of my Kilosports(Gaspari) M-1-T cycle. 10mg twice a day. The first 3 days were rough. Constant headaches, that no amount of ibuprofen would cure and my hands would fall asleep quite easily. After the third day the sides were gone completely. Never was any lethargy or lack of appetite...
