    Thanks J. Yeah, one scoop seems to work well. After trying 1.5 scoops, I think 2 scoops would be WAY too much 1,3 for me. 1/2 - 1 scoop seems just right. Strength is up and BW is trending down, so I can't complain. :afro:

    9/27 - Cardio 1 Scoop 30 Minutes I think I'll dial it back down to half a scoop for Cardio. I'm also down to 252. One thing I've noticed from taking the Maximize in the morning is an appetite suppressing effect which is a nice perk since I'm trying to lose a bit of fat before my contest.
