I use saw palmetto in my PCT protocol, and I realized that I really never see that mentioned by anyone.
I know Saw Palmetto isn't as popular with guys my age, and it is mostly older guys who use it, but does anyone besides myself use it in their PCT?

I've been reading different threads and I can't figure this out. How can I gauge what is low or high intensity cardio considering I run outside. I do not use a treadmill or any other cardio machines.
HR and all that other stuff is harder to gauge. Is jogging considered mod cardio?

It seems like I like most of what people say about it, but there is a lot about the product I am not so hot about, mostly the addiction factor. It seems like this stuff is highly addictive, and although I don't have an addictive nature, the last thing I want is to have to worry about loving this...
Anyone still use these? I would like to give the Universal brand a shot, but want to get some feedback on the stuff....is it worth the money? Seems to be a def plus for the diet and quick and easy too

I have always heard that caffine and creatine is a bad idea...
A lot of products are now coming out w/CEE and caffine (CET, No-Explode I think, etc)....is CEE safe with caffine or has the whole creatine and caffine thing been **** all along?
