    i have 2 bottles of dcp and green tea extract from when i bought them in bulk. now i have been reading some great reviews on slim xtreme and was wondering if it would be safe to stack. i know now dcp stacks well with other fat burners i just wanted to make sure.

    you should be taking in more calories than that. thats way too low. protiens okay, just bump up carbs and fat. and do abs after weights.

    how much tuna is too much? the reason i ask is i used to eat 2 cans a day on my workout days. thats 5 days, so 10 cans a week. ive been doing this for over a year now and just recently cut back to just one can on workout days just to be safe. so my question is- how much tuna can u eat a day...

  8. pre-workout meal?

    2-1.5 hrs out. 1 chicken breast. med sweet potatoe. 1 tbs peanut butter 30min out. large apple and 1 scoop ATW i sometimes switch out the apple for 1 cut oatmeal and just mix the whey in that.
