Well I did both pre workout with a large meal 3 times and had sides. Did the same with only slin and had no sided. Did both today and have the sides again. Slightly quesy, and a bit shaking.

So the slintensity is not causing my sides, it's the super shredder.

Fasted till 11:30. Had about 130 carbs and 75 protein. Took the slin between eating my cereal and my brownies.

Well I don't have to worry about sparing muscle at this moment. Just did some reading, cortisol is about to be crushed so don't need to worry about that.
