Guys, after experimenting with chicken breast for months I've finally found a fool proof way to make it that is easy, cheap, and extremely moist / soft. It is even more moist than dark meat chicken, believe it or not.

I've read time and time again that water retention, especially in the muscle, is very anabolic. I've noticed that when I'm retaining more water, I am definitely stronger....

I've been cutting for nearly 4 months now, with one month where I bulked, but still with extremely clean foods.
i noticed one drastic change since cutting and that is libido. I would say a 90% or more decrease in libido.
do you think this is attributed to eating below a caloric maintenance...
