I have ran 4 cycles. my 4th was DMZ at 30/45/45/45/60/60 but i am 245 and have had some experience. i also used cycle support at 10 caps a day instead of 6-8 and i also used TUDCA (UDCA) which is a really strong liver aid. i started that 3 weeks into this cycle when i decided to go from 5 weeks...

just do 10mg of nolva or 25 mg of clomid for 2-3 weeks to be safe with OTC stack.

DMZ is not that crazy. the dose you are doing is pretty weak but cant hate since its your first time and a strong one for a first run so i guess better safe then sorry. i might do 32 starting week 2 however but keep to 4 weeks on your first ride. after this do a 5 weeker months down the road.

Erase not in PCT leans me out awesome and keeps me strong. love it, however in pct even after my 4th cycle a pmag cycle it gave me rebound. it was easy to combat but a bummer. i no longer use it in PCT.
