I'd take Celorza's advice on this stuff Tex. His stats are more closely related to hers than anyone else trying to give advice. It upsets me when someone knowledgeable takes his time to give proper advice and it falls on deaf ears.

Replacing fat with muscle mass is the only way to prevent being a "saggy old bag" lol
Regardless of how you feel about putting on too much mass quick, I think with a lower bodyfat percentage you'll look toned and sexy not "a small beast" as you referred to it.
Diet is the key to successful...
Took one pill around 9pm just to get in circulating lol, will be taking 1 pill every 12hrs.
How you guys can just look at those candy cane pills and not start dosing is beyond me :scool:

Workout Mon-Fri, Liss cardio hr each day, BJJ 3-5 times a week.
