  1. Gatorade protein recovery drink?

    Powdered gatorade doesn't include HFCS and I mix some with whey protein, cheap, tastes like orange aid, and is the same type of Accellerade 4:1 ratio if you mix it right. Haven't seen the new product, but doubt I'd go for it when you can add Leucine and other goodies to spice up your own PWO drink.

    Yeah just a run of the mill grocery store brand multi-vitamin. The workout mix tastes good, just like orange cream with vanilla whey and orange gatorade, the other stuff mixes well enough and the gatorade covers it up, other flavors taste decent too.

    Newer on this site, just got a decent shipment with a bonus package from nutra planet that was either golden customer service or a mistake. Anyways, I'm usually not the one to pimp my new stack, but there seems to be a lot of knowledgeable people around here that know quite a bit more than me...

    Also if you leave the fish oil in the fridge, you don't have to worry about fish burps.

    I take between 15-25 of the generic grocery store stuff a day. It's cheap, helps build muscle and is good for the heart, I think it thins the blood, but if you are taking it for muscle building purposes 2 caps a day won't do too much.
