    ok your suppose to take anabolic switch right before workout then right after. Its about 40 g all together i think and about 10g creatine per serving. If your workout takes only 45 mins is it safe to intake that much that soon?

    I take no2 black regularly and before my workout i take 1-2 scoops of mri black powder. When i take 2 scoops of the black powder and even 1 i will sometimes feel tired right before my workout. Could it be im not getting enough water or is it something else?
