Not sure but I have heard that Carbs have an effect on the T4 to T3 conversation. Also if you Low Carb for sometime your TSH levels will be high...any thoughts ? ?

This....I tried T3 from a research site many many years ago and went up to 100mcg, didn't really feel much other than lack of pump in the gym. Fast forward to a few months when my Thyroid levels were low, was giving pharma T3 at 75mcgs....was way too much for me to handle with the sides.

So what were your symptoms before and after adding T3? Went through the same thing, added T3 which increased Estro which I think lead to gyno. Been off everything now for 6 weeks, was feeling good but noticed easily gaining weight no matter how much exercise or calorie deficit.

Check your Thyroid levels as well. My Test levels jumped as well as sex drive once doc put me on Thyroid meds.

Thanks for the tip. I think was over doing it with the Vitamin D per my blood test and I read too much Vitamin D will leave you low on Magnesium. I Just started taking Magnesium and report if things get better. If I can't get a higher dose from my docs I may just order research Chem T4

So it's been close to a year since I was originally diagnosed sub clinical(TSH5.5). After dealing with crappy doctors who only went by TSH level. I started doing my own research on hypothyroid and went looking for a good doctor. Just when I find one and boom fired right before Christmas...
