I'll pass on the skipping a workout. I never do that unless it is ABSOLUTELY necessary. I'm old school which means stubborn and hard-headed.

Are you presently doing any cardiovascular work, Tom? You're gonna need more endurance for those high-volume workouts.
And besides, being only strong without being in real shape is not a worthwhile goal.
The reason this thread is 4 years old and is 204 pages long is because guys keep asking the same questions over and over without being diligent enough to look through this highly informative thread and find their anwers. They want to pop in here and be spoon fed immediately to further promote...
That's the only time I ever used it. Formestane converts to 4-OH Testosterone within the body and this is adverse to a PCT situation in which you are tying to get your natural test levels to rebound after a cycle that suppresses them.
If you will do a little research, you will find that most people don't advise using Formestane for PCT's because it does suppress the body's natural production of testosterone.
Go with the Bridge and a decent test-booster.
