    The Cap M Quik units sold by NP and other sites are the way I went. 50 at a time and cheap enough. I cap "0" or "000" usually. IIRC, for NA-R-ALA I get 170mg in "0" size.

    Yeah I need to slow my roll tho or this truck will get empty quick :D Although not my personal favorite, Lipton has an apple cranberry white tea to go mix. I grabbed some last week when my local Ingles was out of raspberry. It was pretty pretty good with Poseidon in the mix.

    I gotta say I don't like it in just water. But in anything else I've tried so far, no problems. Still get the niacin flush, but that's a positive for me. Add BA and even better. Just mixed some up with some Lipton raspberry white tea to go packs... good stuff!

    Worked for me... Had to check the thread out as I have 2-900g of Poseidon and 1-415g Poseidon-BA that I am still slowly working on. Figured it was something about not liking the initial Niacin flush... or anything but a mixing/taste isues. :)
