I doubt i used it enough to justify my increase in muscle. I know there are many factors. I was only using Xtend every other day, once a day. I used it as more of an aid to rid of a sweet tooth, soda craving, and something refreshing.

It's for sure not scientific, but when i was using it, i grew. I didn't take anything else but WTF Pumped and Xtend. I know those didn't make me grow. It wasn't tons, but i did notice change. So amongst those 3 things i liked it.
I thought this was accepted by now. That was the main reason it got real big to start, it reduces soreness. I use it preWO and post but almost always pre because i notice a pump from it. Not massive but for sure a full feeling. I have 500g from Nutra right now, the price of the stuff is great...

Well, I did some searching and am probably going to go back to my GHRP-6 and Peg-MGF. I was going to log it but doesn't seem there is much interest :P
Been outta the peptide stuff for about 3-4 years now. I'm wondering what all this talk about GHRP-2 is better than 6? I used to run 6 a lot. Anything else been around for a bit now that has been "tested" frequently?

Half life is about 7 hours though. Thats why i don't think taking it pre/post will be 100% efficient. I was thinking 4 hours apart maybe.

Ran it with GHRP-6 a couple years ago. Both were done sub-cutaneous(stomach area) I remember feeling like i could train more frequently, not as sore as often. Felt full but i attributed that to the GHRP.
I ran GHRP prior solo, so i knew how it felt.
It was cheap for me so if it is still cheap...
I have an old bottle of CEL M-drol i just opened(expired in 11/2009) but sealed 100%. I was thinking running 20mg every other day. 10mg in afternoon then 10 mg night. I lift around 1-5pm.
I ran it before straight but don't know i liked the feeling while on it.

I believe you have to ensure you have ample amount of calcium intake to fully absorb it.
