You mention 4-5 Turk seems more effective than 2 Turk. Do you believe this is due to your weight, higher dose is just more effective across the board, other reasons?

Would you recommend dosing Turk with pre for (more or less) fasted AM training or just dosing later with food? I work out in the morning. I have some water, BCAA, and OL Tr1umph in me by the time I train.
Well enough. I stopped "drinking calories" at a young age. Has done wondering for keeping weight under control. I also have found sugar is incredibly addicting. As long as I don't start I don't have to stop either. These two things have always allowed me to remain "skinny" by American standards...
