tomorrow marks week number two of me with the stomach flu. Whatever I eat or drink outside of water gives me cramps then I have to run to the restroom ect. I have not been taking the supplements in order not to waste them or upset my stomach. :/ if you have not had this before then...

Workout went ok but...
Yea five each side, I can lift more but I did this for fun and to practice form. I need to get straps so I can lift six each side, I can get it up but my grip is only at five and a ten each side right now.
