I am 5'10" 297 pounds and am a lard ass, I have a LOT of muscle mass but have a LOT of fat to lose as well.
I am currently on a 6 balanced meals per day (body for life STYLE) and have lost 10 pounds already.
I ust got back in the gym for only 5 days now so it would be a fresh start type of...
